All of our dogs have been DNA tested. We keep a variety of factors in mind when choosing dogs to breed, including health, temperament, and complementary traits, so that puppies can inherit the best of both parents. We strive to breed the very best and carefully plan every litter to produce happy, healthy, well-tempered Pomskies that exceed the standards. Health-tested parents, health-guaranteed puppies! We love our dogs and want to ensure that the puppy you receive from us is the best fit for your family!

We are dedicated to upholding the highest breeding standards, and our prices reflect all we put into responsibly growing this remarkable breed! Our Pomskies range from $2,000 to $5,000 depending on conformation, markings, coat type, eye color, and projected adult size. Each of our puppies undergoes individual evaluation before determining their price. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to join our waitlist and reserve a puppy. An additional deposit of $200 is required when puppies reach the age of 4 weeks, at the time of puppy picks. If you are not on our waitlist and apply for a puppy that is already 4 weeks old or older, the total deposit amount is $500. All deposits apply toward the total adoption fee. The remaining balance is due by 7 weeks of age. We accept deposits and payments through Good Dog, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and PayPal. 

All our puppies are offered first to those on the wait list for choosing. Our waitlist makes puppy picks at four weeks of age, and any remaining puppies are made available to the general public for adoption. Our goal is to match you with your perfect puppy. Therefore- you may remain on our waitlist for as long as you would like! Future puppy owners are placed on the waitlist in the order we receive deposits which will determine your position. To join our waitlist, please fill out an application for us to review. Once approved, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. An additional deposit of $200 is required when puppies reach the age of 4 weeks, at the time of puppy picks. All deposits apply toward the total adoption fee. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions! *Those who have remained on our waitlist for one year and have not selected a puppy will move to the bottom of the waitlist.

All puppies leave up to date on shots, de-wormed, and microchipped. Before going home, puppies receive a health check by a licensed veterinarian. We ensure they are socialized, healthy, and prepared to excel in their forever homes. We offer a 1-year health guarantee that covers life-threatening genetic issues. We send our puppies home with a welcome home bag, certificate of health, 1-year health guarantee, and lifetime breeder support!

We will not place a puppy without a signed contract. Our responsibility is to ensure: we, the breeder, and you, the buyer, is protected. Our agreement is in place to spell out the obligations of both parties, as well as the expectations and guarantees made. Please, contact us with questions regarding specific terms before bringing your puppy home.

We require a spay/neuter contract to be signed before a puppy goes home unless breeding rights were previously discussed and granted. Proof of spay/neuter is mandatory, enforced, and required prior to 8 months of age within our contract. 

We offer various methods of transport to ensure a smooth trip home! If you are outside of FL, we recommend visiting us in person to pick up your puppy by scheduling a flight and flying into Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, Palm Beach International Airport, or Miami International Airport, where we will meet you with your puppy. We offer shipping with a flight nanny who will fly with your puppy in the cabin to your nearest major airport for an additional fee. If you are driving, we are happy to meet you with your puppy in Boca Raton, FL. If you are within a 1-hour drive of us, it's our pleasure to hand-deliver your puppy to you. Travel arrangements must be scheduled and communicated no later than at the time of final payment.

Our puppies are old enough to go home at 8 weeks of age. We will not hold a puppy with a new owner past 10 weeks of age. If unable to schedule a pick-up within a reasonable time frame, we charge a fee of $50.00 per day for boarding and all other necessary care. Puppies have an early critical socialization period. The things they learn will affect how they go through the rest of their lives. We, along with most veterinarians and other breeders, put the optimum age for puppies to go home somewhere between 8-to-10 weeks of age. This timeframe is ideal for forming strong bonds with people, puppies are eagerly accepting of new family members and new experiences!

We are responsible for every puppy we bring into the world, and they must be in loving, dependable hands. To ensure our puppies do not end up in a shelter or otherwise poor housing situation, we ask you to contact us immediately if you are unable to keep your puppy for any reason. We are tied to our puppies for life and require any puppy that needs to be re-homed to be returned to us. 

We do not allow home visitation. The health and safety of our dogs, puppies, and family is a priority. We take every precaution to protect them! Young and newborn puppies don’t have fully developed immune systems. They are susceptible to life-threatening illnesses, including Parvo, CHV, distemper, brucellosis, kennel cough, canine influenza, lepto, and many other parasites. The dangers of exposing young puppies to transmissible diseases are severe and can be detrimental to our breeding program and the well-being of our dogs. Visitors can unknowingly track illness onto the property on their feet, hands, etc., which can kill a whole litter without delay. These diseases can stay in the carpet and soil for years, potentially devastating our breeding program and property. Litters of puppies are also a high target for theft, dog flipping, and animal rights extremists. Please understand we set our visitation policy in place for protection. We are happy to arrange video chats with potential puppy parents anytime!

We grant breeding rights to established breeders for an additional fee. Open or limited breeding rights may be approved depending on several factors. Breeding rights fees are subject to change depending on our current lines unless previously quoted for a specific puppy. We understand the market fluctuates, and as a result, so do prices. We consider that when pricing our puppies. However, this does not have an impact on breeding rights fees. If those who have been approved rights are interested in specific genes, we are happy to send out swabs from Gensol, Animal Genetics, or Paw Print Genetics at the buyer's expense. Due to the turnaround time of results, we are not currently accepting Embark testing. Cardinal Point Pomskies reserves the right to deny the sale of a puppy to any buyer at any time. We reserve the right to cancel the sale of a puppy at any time if we feel the buyer is not suitable for our puppies for any reason. We reserve the right to keep any puppy back for our breeding program.
