Please Review Before Applying

  • Why Choose Us?

We take a thoughtful, intentional approach to every aspect of our breeding program. All of our dogs are DNA tested, and we carefully consider health, temperament, and complementary traits when selecting pairings—so each puppy has the best possible foundation. Every litter is planned with purpose, with the goal of producing happy, healthy, well-tempered Pomskies that exceed expectations and are a true reflection of the quality we strive for. Our puppies come from health tested parents and are raised with the highest standards of care from day one. We love our dogs and take pride in our program—we want to ensure that the puppy you receive from us is the best fit for your family!

  • Our Pricing & Waitlist

We are dedicated to upholding the highest breeding standards, and our pricing reflects the care, time, and intention that goes into responsibly raising each puppy. Our Pomskies typically range from $2,000–$5,000, depending on conformation, markings, coat type, eye color, and projected adult size, with each puppy individually evaluated before pricing is finalized. We prioritize our waitlist families during the selection process, allowing them to choose their puppies at four weeks of age in the order their deposits were received; any remaining puppies are then made available to the public. To join the waitlist, please submit an application for review. Once approved, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot, which also serves as the reservation fee for families choosing an available puppy at four weeks or older. All deposits are applied toward the total purchase price, with the final balance due by eight weeks of age via Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Good Dog. Please note that Good Dog includes a 6.5% service fee, so pricing on their platform may be slightly higher than what is listed on our website. Our goal is to thoughtfully match each puppy with the right home, and you are welcome to remain on our waitlist for as long as needed!

  • Health Guarantee

Each of our puppies is raised with careful attention to health, development, and early socialization. Prior to going home, all puppies receive a comprehensive health exam by a licensed veterinarian and are kept up to date on age-appropriate care. Puppies are dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks, receive their first round of core vaccinations, and are microchipped. Every puppy goes home with a thoughtfully prepared go-home bag, which includes their health records, a starter supply of food, toys and goodies, and a blanket with the scent of their mother and littermates to help with a smooth transition. We offer a 1-year health guarantee covering life-threatening genetic conditions, along with lifetime breeder support. We are always here as a resource for our families and are committed to every puppy we raise for life!

  • Pick Up & Transportation

We offer various methods of transport to ensure a smooth trip home! If you are outside of FL, we recommend visiting us in person to pick up your puppy by scheduling a flight and flying into Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, Palm Beach International Airport, or Miami International Airport, where we will meet you with your puppy. We offer shipping with a flight nanny who will fly with your puppy in the cabin to your nearest major airport for an additional fee. If you are driving, we are happy to meet you with your puppy in Loxahatchee, FL. If you are within a 1-hour drive of us, it's our pleasure to hand-deliver your puppy to you. Travel arrangements must be scheduled and communicated no later than at the time of final payment.

  • Going Home

Our puppies are old enough to go home at 8 weeks of age. If unable to schedule pick-up within a two day time frame, we charge a fee of $50.00 per day for boarding and all other necessary care. We will not hold a puppy with a new owner past 10 weeks of age. Puppies have an early critical socialization period. The things they learn will affect how they go through the rest of their lives. We, along with most veterinarians and other breeders, put the optimum age for puppies to go home somewhere between 8-to-10 weeks of age. This timeframe is ideal for forming strong bonds with people, puppies are eagerly accepting of new family members and new experiences!

  • Visitation Policy

We do not allow home visitation. The health and safety of our dogs, puppies, and family is a priority. We take every precaution to protect them! Young and newborn puppies don’t have fully developed immune systems. They are susceptible to life-threatening illnesses, including parvo, CHV, distemper, brucellosis, kennel cough, canine influenza, lepto, and many other parasites. The dangers of exposing young puppies to transmissible diseases are severe and can be detrimental to our breeding program and the well-being of our dogs. Visitors can unknowingly track illness onto the property on their feet, hands, etc., which can kill a whole litter without delay. These diseases can stay in the carpet and soil for years, potentially devastating our breeding program and property. Litters of puppies are also a high target for theft, dog flipping, and animal rights extremists. Please understand we set our visitation policy in place for protection. We are happy to arrange video chats with potential puppy parents anytime!

  • Spay/Neuter & Breeding Policy

All puppies are placed on a strict spay/neuter agreement, which must be signed prior to going home. Proof of spay or neuter is required in accordance with our contract by 12 months of age. We are a small, selective program and do not routinely offer breeding rights. On rare occasions, rights may be considered for established, like-minded programs that align closely with our standards and goals. These decisions are made on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. If breeding rights are granted, they must be discussed and approved prior to placing a deposit.

  • Our Contract

We will not place a puppy without a signed contract. Our responsibility is to ensure: we, the breeder, and you, the buyer, is protected. Our agreement is in place to spell out the obligations of both parties, as well as the expectations and guarantees made. Please, contact us with questions regarding specific terms before bringing your puppy home.

  • Right Of Refusal

Cardinal Point Pomskies reserves the right to deny the sale of a puppy to any buyer at any time. We reserve the right to cancel the sale of a puppy at any time if we feel the buyer is not suitable for our puppies for any reason. We reserve the right to keep any puppy back for our breeding program.
